AGRICULTURE FACULTY/STUDENT SOFTBALL GAME
After postponing twice due to rain, the third time was the charm as the Agriculture Faculty played the students in a softball game on Monday, Oct. 19. The event was held at the Gary Rosebure Recreational Complex north of Wilburton. The students came into the game full of confidence and had been trash talking for weeks. The game was close with the students holding a 2-0 lead after 3 innings. The faculty finally caught fire offensively and held the students scoreless for the remainder of the game. The final score ended with the jubilant faculty prevailing over the demoralized students 11-2. The students have already demanded a rematch, which will be scheduled for the spring semester.
