Meat Processing/Food Safety Lab

GaylonEastern Oklahoma State College operates a Meat Processing/Food Safety Lab. Students are able to receive hands-on training in all aspects of the Meat Processing field. Eastern's Meat Lab is USDA certified. Students receive training in the safe and proper handling of all meat.

The Meat Lab does custom processing for individuals and organizations.
