Meat Processing
and Food Safety Faculty
The meat processing/food
safety faculty at Eastern Oklahoma State College are dedicated
to teach the students all of the aspects of the meat industry.
With the small class sizes in the meat science program there is
a family feel to the program, the instructors and the students
are on a first name basis and our students are very comfortable
with the one-on-one time they get in instruction. Our program is
a very hands-on learning experience and is geared to help students
with learning experiences that can not be found in the classroom.
All of our instructors have an open door policy and are accountable
to their students.
Josh Roberts is a full time faculty member

staff at Eastern for over 3 years.
Gaylon Brannon is the meat lab
manager and is responsible for teaching labs. Gaylon has been on
staff at Eastern for over 20 years.
Bill Hackworth is the Meat
Lab assistant, Bill has been on staff at Eastern for over 5 years.
