The
transmission of information from one person to another, from one group
to another is an essential part of our everyday lives.
Kelbie Kennedy from Buffalo Valley was presented the Outstanding Language
and Education Division Graduate Award by Division Chairperson Billye
Kay Givens during commencement exercises Friday (May 7) on the Wilburton
campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College. One graduate from each of the
six divisions of the college is selected each year for the honor.
