Eastern Downs Murray State 10-1

The Eastern Oklahoma State College baseball team (18-6) defeated Murray State College by a score of 10-1.  On the mound, Chance Deason, Carter Browning, Austin Baker and Derek Kiker combined to hold Murray to one run and seven hits.  Carter Browning (1-1) picked up his 1st win of the season in 2.1 innings of work.  He allowed just one hit and no runs, while striking out two.  Offensively, the Mountaineers pounded out 12 singles and 10 runs.  Logan Schamburg had three hits and three RBI’s.  Ryan Davis and Steve Irvine chipped in two hits a piece.
