Eastern Lands 11 Players on the All Region 2 Teams

The Eastern Oklahoma State College baseball team was strongly represented on the All Region 2 Team that was selected on Monday.  Jesse Santo (SS) and Stephen Hagen (1B/3B) were selected to the 1st Team.  On the 2nd Team were Casey McCollum (3B), Jeff Scardino (OF) and Tommie Johnson (OF).  Honorable Mention selections were Brady White (C), Justin Klusak (OF), Houston Slemp (OF), Jimmy Johnson (RHP), Seth Terry (LHP) and Jared Coon (RHP).

Jesse Santo was also voted the top player in the Region by the coaches.  Stephen Hagen was voted 3rd.

The Rawlings All Defensive Team was also selected on Monday.  Casey McCollum was selected at third base, Jesse Santo at shortstop and Jeff Scardino was selected as the pitcher.  McCollum was also voted the Defensive Player of the Year in Region 2.

The All District and All American Teams will be selected at a later date.
