Casey McCollum Receives the Rawlings Gold Glove Award Story by Staff – 09/19/09
For the spring 2009
baseball season, Casey McCollum was selected as the NJCAA's best
defensive 3rd baseman. McCollum,
a sophomore from Tupelo, Oklahoma, made just 7 errors in 203 chances
for a fielding percentage of .966. He played in 57 games
and batted .378 with six home runs, 52 runs scored, 44 runs batted
in and 22 stolen bases.
McCollum signed and is currently
playing for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
