We invite you to become a part of the Eastern Athletic Family for the 2009-10 school year. Our student athletes need your support and they are poised and ready to represent Eastern. If you are interested in purchasing season tickets and/or joining the Booster Club, please select the corresponding plan(s) and return this form to the Eastern Athletic Department.

Last year we sold all of the chair back seats, so please return this form as soon as possible.

Family Plan
($180) includes two reserved chair back seats, general admission for children, two personalized passes to the Booster Room, and admission to all college sponsored sports activities.

Couples Plan
($140) includes two reserved chair back seats, two personalized passes to the Booster Room and admission to all college sponsored sports activities.

Single Plan
($80) includes one reserved chair back seat, one personalized passes to the Booster Room and admission to all college sponsored sports activities.

General Admission
($60) includes one personalized passes to the Booster Room and admission to all college sponsored sports activities.

Extra Chair Back Seats
($50 each) includes an extra seat. (This is for a family that wants more than two seats)
