| The
Eastern Photo Club was formed more than 15 years ago by students
with an interest in promoting Photography. The club has been active
both on and off campus.
The club has had "travel-minded"
leadership in recent years and has traveled around the region and
around the world for photo opportunities.
Photo Club trip destinations have included
the Omniplex and Zoo in Oklahoma City as well as Branson, MO and
a western trip to the Grand Canyon.
Recent years have included several overseas
trips to Europe. The first European photo opportunities were during
the May '95 trip to London followed by an England & France tour
in March '98 and a Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland trip
in March of 2000. Several club members also traveled to London and
Paris over spring break in March of 2001.
After a break of a couple of years the club
toured England and Scotland in May of 2004 and will be traveling
with a large group to Italy, France and England in March of 2005.
