Wireless access is available on campus. With over 35 access points across campus Eastern students, faculty and staff can stay connected to the Internet. Visitors, guests and presenters that require mobil connectivity are encouraged to take advantage of our wireless technology.

To get connected you need a wireless card for your laptop or desktop PC. Almost any 802.11b or 802.11g PCMCIA wireless card will work with our network. Tested cards include Proxim, Linksys, Netgear and SMC. Our wireless network SSID is: air eosc

Eastern Oklahoma State College will provide technical assistance for students taking courses. Faculty will ensure that students have access to Blackboard Learn 9.1 On Demand Learning Center for Students (http://ondemand.blackboard.com/students.htm) by providing the information in the course syllabus and will further provide assistance to students relevant to their specific course designs and requirements as the primiary source of student support. In the event that a student needs additional assistance not provided by the faculty member teaching the course, then technical support provided through Eastern's Computer Services by Tracy Clark will include any service needed to facilitate the students' access to and use of the Blackboard system, student email and WebAdvisor.
