The Eastern Oklahoma State College Development
Foundation, Inc., a non-profit corporation, is operated exclusively for
charitable, benevolent, educational and scientific purpose. The Foundation
strives to provide assistance deemed necessary, expedient and convenient
to the aiding and counseling of those endeavoring to obtain an education.
The Foundation's primary purpose will be to provide
resources and to seek external support for scholarships, faculty development,
equipment, and campus projects.

deserving students around the state and nation.

Celebrity waiter event dedicated to longtime college employee

 “Back by Popular Demand! The Foundation of Eastern Oklahoma State College is reviving the popular Celebrity Waiter in conjunction with Theatre Eastern’s upcoming production of the perennial favorite GREASE,” according to Ann Owens, Foundation Director.
The fund-raising dinner, which will transform the Eastern Ball Room in the Student Center into a 1950’s diner, is slated for 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 28. The evening will culminate with reserved seats for diners at the GREASE production at 7:30 in Mitchell Auditorium. Participants are encouraged to dress casually in ‘50’s style and join in the fun!
The original Celebrity Waiter Fund-raising Dinner was the brainchild of Cheri Potter according to Ruth Brelsford, theatre/speech department chair. "Potter was the beloved student activities director at Eastern for twenty years and this year’s festivities are dedicated to her," she said.
