Apply to the Scholarship Office by March 1 unless otherwise noted below.

DR. DEL & RAMONA ALLEN ENDOWMENT - Dr. Del and Ramona Allen have established an endowed scholarship for a sophomore who is an active LEADER in the Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM).  The minimum qualifications for an applicant are:  2.50 GPA, a resident of Eastern Oklahoma, an active member of a local Southern Baptist Church or his/her home Southern Baptist Church and financial need.  The selection is to be made by the BCM Director, BCM Faculty Advisor and, if available, a member of the endowing family.

W.E. "BILL" ALLFORD - W.E. "Bill" Allford has endowed a scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

JESS AND JUNE BAILEY - Jess and June Bailey have endowed a scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, and financial need.

J.N. AND HELEN BAKER - J.N. and Helen Baker have endowed a scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, resident of southeastern Oklahoma.

CLARK AND WANDA BASS - Clark and Wanda Bass have endowed a scholarship for deserving students. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS senior or Freshman standing, resident of Pittsburg County.

WANDA BOHANON - Frankie Bohanon Rezabek has established an endowed scholarship in memory of Wanda Bohanon for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.50 GPA, graduate of a public high school in Oklahoma's Third Congressional District, English major.

ROBERT L. BORDEN - Robert L. Borden has endowed a scholarship for a deserving student. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, Preference to those from LeFlore or Latimer counties and those majoring in Agriculture.

DR. WILLIAM W. AND HARRIET A. BREWER - Dr. William W. and Harriet A. Brewer have endowed a scholarship for a deserving student. Minimum qualifications for applicants: 2.5 GPA. Majoring in Music, Pre Dental, Elementary Ed. or an Athlete with a financial need.

EMA AND SID CARNEY - Ema and Sid Carney have established a full tuition and fees and books scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.00 GPA, Native American student.

DR. LLOYD E. CHURCH FOUNDATION - An endowed scholarship has been established in memory of Dr. Lloyd E. Church. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Graduate of Wilburton, Panola, Red Oak or Buffalo Valley High Schools. Applications are available at scholarship office of any of these high schools.

FRANK AND GRACE MARIE CIRAR, JR. - The children of Frank and Grace Marie Cirar, Jr. have established an endowed scholarship in memory of their parents. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, resident of southeastern Oklahoma, Science major.

CLAYTON HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP - An endowed scholarship has been established for a Clayton, Oklahoma student. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior at Clayton, Oklahoma.

CHARLES C. COLLINS - Charles C. Collins and the Red Oak Alumni Association have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Red Oak HS Senior. Applications are available at the Principal's Office at Red Oak High School.

CLAUDE CORVIN ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP - An annual scholarship has been established in honor of Claude Corvin by Larry Monks. Minimum qualifications for applicants:  HS Senior or Freshman standing, preference given to single women with children.

JOE AND BRENDA COY - Joe and Brenda Coy have endowed a scholarship for a deserving student. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA.

THOMAS L. CRAWFORD, R.N. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - Family and friends have endowed a scholarship in memory of Thomas L. Crawford. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, financial need, admission into Eastern's Nursing program.

CHARLES W. DAVIDSON - Charles W. Davidson has endowed a scholarship for deserving students which will pay full tuition, fees, books and supplies with a monthly stipend. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior, female graduates of high schools in eastern Oklahoma. Selection of recipient will be based on need, desire, and potential of the student.

CLAUDE C. AND FLOY MAY DUNLAP - The children of Claude C. and Floy May Dunlap have established an endowed scholarship in memory of their parents. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, resident of southeastern Oklahoma.

DR. E. T. DUNLAP - Dr. E. T. Dunlap has endowed a scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

ED E. ENIS - Ed and Nora Ann Enis have established an endowed scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and maintains reasonable academic standards.

MILDRED ENIS - Family members and friends have established an endowed scholarship for sophomores. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, resident of Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, Pittsburg, Choctaw or McCurtain county.

EXXON COMPANY SCHOLARSHIP - Exxon Company, USA has established an endowed scholarship for a sophomore. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

FACULTY CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP - An endowed scholarship has been established for a sophomore. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 3.50 GPA, Engineering, Science or Math major. Recipients are selected by the Science and Technology faculty.

FARRELL-COOPER MINING SCHOLARSHIP - Farrell-Cooper Mining Company has established an endowed scholarship for a sophomore. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

DEROY FORWOODSON - DeRoy Forwoodson has established an endowed scholarship for a deserving student. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards. Preference to Pre-Pharmacy majors and residents of Latimer County.

FRANKLIN ELECTRIC CORPORATION - Franklin Electric Corporation has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Employees, spouses and children of Franklin Electric employees.

RAY FUERTSCH SCHOLARSHIP - Larry Youhanaian has established an endowed scholarship in honor of Ray Fuertsch. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, financial need, Science and Mathematics major.

GUY GARDNER SCHOLARSHIP - Friends and family have established an endowed scholarship in memory of Guy Gardner. Minimum qualifications for applicants:  Freshman standing, must be an athlete and maintain a 2.50 GPA.

MARY LEA GILLESPIE - An endowed scholarship has been established by the Wilburton Branch of the AAUW in memory of Mary Lea Gillespie. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.00 GPA, resident of southeastern Oklahoma, must be child of an AAUW member. Preference to children of members of the AAUW - Wilburton Branch. Selection will be made by the AAUW members of the Wilburton Branch.

MARTHA GRANTHAM LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP - An annual award scholarship in the amount of $400 has been established in honor of Martha Grantham. Minimum qualifications for applicants:  Freshman Scholarship - Must be a high school senior and have declared business as a major, 2.50 or better grade point average, must join and be an active member of Eastern's Phi Beta Lambda chapter, demonstrate leadership abilities and financial need. Sophomore Scholarship - Must be pre-enrolled for the fall semester and have declared business as a major, 2.50 or better grade point average, must join and be an active member of Eastern's Phi Beta Lambda chapter, demonstrate leadership abilities and financial need.

MARY BETH GUARD ANNUAL AWARD - The Southeastern Oklahoma Bankers Association has established an annual award in the amount of $500. Minimum qualifications for applicants:  HS Senior or Freshman standing, must be majoring in Computer Information Systems.

ROSS HARLAN SCHOLARSHIP - Ross Harlan has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing and maintaining reasonable academic standards. Preference to students majoring in Journalism.

DOLLY HUGHES HARRISON - Dolly Hughes Harrison has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, resident of southeastern Oklahoma, Agriculture major.

RICHARD C. AND BARBARA HARTIGAN SCHOLARSHIP - Richard C. And Barbara Hartigan have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Employees of Wilburton Franklin Electric, their spouses and children. The award shall be based on need, achievement and other factors considered significant by the College.

DALLAS HERZER - Family members and friends have established an endowed scholarship in memory of Dallas Herzer. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, resident of Pittsburg, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, Pushmataha, Choctaw or McCurtain county.

BILL H. AND ANNA VEE HILL - An endowed scholarship has been established by Bill H. and Anna Vee Hill . Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, Office Administration or Business Education major.

WILLIE HOGAN - A scholarship has been established in memory of Willie Hogan by family and friends. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, financial need.

RAMON JACKSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - An endowed scholarship has been established in memory of Ramon Jackson. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintaining reasonable academic standards. Preference to students majoring in Environmental Science, second preference to students majoring in Wildlife Conservation or Biological Science, third preference will be any field of science.

KERR FOUNDATION - The Kerr Foundation has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

KIAMICHI ELECTRIC COOP, INC. - Kiamichi Electric Coop, Inc. has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, member of Kiamichi Electric Coop., Inc.

LADIES AUXILIARY VFW #3649 ENDOWMENT - The Ladies' Auxiliary of VFW #3649 has established an endowed scholarship.  Minimum qualifications for applicants: Resident of Latimer County, Veteran, spouse or child of a Veteran, 2.50 GPA.

DENO AND GWEN MAGGI SCHOLARSHIP - Friends and family have established an endowed scholarship in memory of Deno Maggi and in honor of Gwen Maggi. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing and maintain reasonable academic standards.

DON MCCLANEN/FCA SCHOLARSHIP - Friends of Don McClanen have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, must be an athlete.

SENATOR BILLY MICKLE ENDOWMENT - An endowment has been established in honor of Senator Billy Mickle. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and maintain reasonable academic standards.

DR. HENRY MIGLIORE ENDOWMENT - Friends of Dr. Henry Migliore have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, must be an athlete.

DR. JAMES M. & NANCY MILLER - Dr. James M. and Nancy Miller have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, Business or Liberal Arts majors (one male and one female).

GEORGE NIGH ENDOWMENT - A scholarship has been established in honor of George Nigh. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards. Must demonstrate leadership abilities.

OK INDEPENDENT MEATPACKERS - An endowed scholarship has been established by the Oklahoma Independent Meatpackers Association. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, Agriculture Meat Science major.

DONALD A. PARHAM - Donald A. Parham has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, Education major.

DON C. PHELPS SCHOLARSHIP - An endowed scholarship has been established in memory of Don C. Phelps. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, Nursing major.

PETE PRICHARD ENDOWMENT - An endowed scholarship has been established in memory of Pete Prichard by Joseph N. and Kathleen A. Prichard. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Full-time student, resident of Oklahoma, financial need.

PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF OKLAHOMA - Public Service Company of Oklahoma has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards.

E.O. ROWLAND - Mrs. Billie B. Rowland has established an endowed scholarship in memory of her husband. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, Agriculture major.

CARL RYAN SCHOLARSHIP - Carl Ryan has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants:  HS or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, Agriculture Education major preferably or any area of Agriculture.

JAMES, SARAH AND SCOTT SALMON - The Salmon family has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, Speech and Drama or Music major, resident of southeastern Oklahoma.

ALBERT SHELTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship has been established in memory of Albert Shelton by family and friends. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior, maintain reasonable academic standards, resident of Haskell or Latimer county. Preference to Education majors.

PAM SHOEMAKE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - A scholarship has been established in memory of Pam Shoemake by family and friends. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.00 GPA, Agriculture major, participation on the Livestock Judging Team.

ROGER AND BETTYE SINNER - Roger and Bettye Sinner have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, resident of southeastern Oklahoma.

WILBUR AND LAVERNE SMITH - Wilbur and Laverne Smith have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, financial need.

N. LOUISE SOUTHARD ENDOWMENT - An endowment has been established in memory of N. Louise Southard. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, Education major and 3.00 GPA.

SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY - Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, Inc. has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

PATRICIA THOMAS ENDOWMENT - An endowment has bee established in honor of Patricia Thomas. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Currently enrolled member of Eastern's Cheerleading or Pom Dance squad with a 2.50 grade point average.

GENE STIPE SCHOLARSHIP - Friends of Gene Stipe have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, financial need.

FRED AND FLORENCE STOVALL - A scholarship has been established in memory of Fred and Florence Stovall. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA. Must be a Journalism major.

JIM D. SULLIVAN ENDOWMENT - Lions Clubs from the 3-K District have endowed scholarships with the Wilburton Lions Club being the custodian. Minimum qualifications for an applicants: 2.5 GPA, Journalism major, financial need, with preference given to residents of the 3-K Lions Club District.

W.H. AND JOAN SUTTON - W. H. and Joan Sutton have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, Office Administration major, 2.50 GPA.

SELDON TAYLOR - Seldon and Alma Taylor have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, Education major.

DAVID JOE THOMAS MEMORIAL - Family and friends have established an endowed scholarship in memory of David Joe Thomas. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.80 GPA. Participation in one of the following organizations: Athletics, Judging Teams, Theater, Debate, Music, Journalism, and Yearbook.

TRI-COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S ASSOCIATION - The Tri-County Administrator's Association has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior from Haskell, Latimer or Pittsburg county. Student must attend a public school within Haskell, Latimer, Pittsburg County, or attend a school that is an adjoining county member district. Must have a 3.00 grade point average, participate in extracurricular activities and demonstrate leadership abilities.

KENSEL AND DORTHA LEE TUCKER - Kensel and Dortha Lee Tucker have established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.00 GPA, Business major with an Agriculture related background.

VASTAR RESOURCES, INC - Vastar Resources, Inc. has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA.

JOHN ALAN WARD SCHOLAR ATHLETE - A scholarship has been established in memory of John Alan Ward. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, must be an athlete.

WILLIAM J. WEST ENDOWMENT - Billy West has established an endowed scholarship in memory of William J. West. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, resident of McCurtain, Oklahoma. Second preference will be from Haskell County.

WEYERHAEUSER - Weyerhaeuser Corporation has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 3.20 GPA, resident of Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, McCurtain, Pittsburg or Pushmataha county. Forestry (Forestry Transfer, Forest Technology or Parks Management/Outdoor Recreation) major.

WILBURTON STATE BANK - Wilburton State Bank has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: HS Senior or Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, and resident of southeastern Oklahoma.

BOB WILLIAMS - An endowed scholarship has been established by friends of Bob Williams. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, and financial need. Student must demonstrate good citizenship, be an asset to the college, his/her family and community.

MARK WINTERS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD - An endowed scholarship has been established in honor of Mark Winters. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman, maintain reasonable academic standards.

EDGAR AND JESSIE WOOD ENDOWMENT - An endowment has been established by Edgar and Jessie Wood. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Panola High School graduate, preference given to Math or Science majors. Selection made by Panola Faculty.

K. LANCE AND JANE WOODLIFF ENDOWMENT - An endowed scholarship has been established by K. Lance and Jane Woodliff. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, maintain reasonable academic standards, must be majoring in Psychology/Sociology.

JOHNNIE WRAY - A scholarship has been established in memory of Johnnie Wray by family and friends. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing and 2.50 GPA. Must have taken or be enrolled in Speech 1113.

HOWARD YOURMAN - Howard Yourman has established an endowed scholarship. Minimum qualifications for applicants: Freshman standing, 2.50 GPA, resident of Latimer county and a graduate of a Latimer County High School.
