PTK Honor Society
Induction More than 150 people attended the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) new member induction service recently on the Wilburton campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College. PTK is a scholastic honor society that recognizes and encourages scholarship among students in community and junior colleges. PTK members will wear the golden tassel during graduation ceremonies in May and the PTK seal and stamp will be affixed to their diplomas upon graduation. PTK sponsor Brenda Kennedy said the students must maintain a 3.5 to 4.0 overall grade point for initiation into the organization.
