A hunter safety education class was offered recently by the Eastern Oklahoma State College Criminal Justice Class. More than 40 students ages seven and older learned about firearm safety from Tom Gilliam, right, from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife. Students learned about hunter responsibility, wildlife identification, emergency survival techniques as well as the hunting code of ethics.
