Eastern Livestock Judging Team Freshman Awards

The Eastern Oklahoma State College livestock judging team traveled to several events recently including the Mid America Livestock Judging Contest in Wichita, KS; the Arkansas/Oklahoma State Fair in Ft. Smith, AR and the Tulsa State Fair. They walked away from all of these contests with several team and individual awards.

The freshman team placed 7th overall at Wichita, 2nd overall at Ft. Smith and 4th overall in Tulsa.

Team members include from left Coach Brad Groves; Mandie Gilliam from McCloud with a 4th high overall placing, two 4th individual placings and an 8th placing; Jason Wright, Mena, AR; Justin Pollard, Haworth, 2nd overall placing, 4th and 5th individual placings; Bill Glasco, Howe; Jerrod Lundry, Haworth, 9th overall, a 1st, three 3rd places and three 4th places; Cole Rushing, Lebanon; Corie Peek, Hatfield, AR; Jaime Brown, Elgin, 3rd placing and Coach Ray Rice.
