EOSC Hosts 25th Annual Scholastic Contest

Eastern Oklahoma State College hosted the 25th Annual Eastern Oklahoma State College Scholastic Contest (April 6) during all-day academic competition on the Wilburton campus. There were 59 participating schools and over 1,661 entries in 34 tests, 22 schools in Division I, 18 schools in Division II and 19 schools in Division III.

Winners in Division I were first place Kiowa, second place New Lima and third place Graham. Winners in Division II were first place Preston, second place Smithville and third place Warner. Winners in Division III were first place Roland, second place Haworth and third place Hilldale.

The Sweepstakes over-all winner was Preston followed by first runner-up Roland and second runner up Kiowa. Smithville followed in forth place and New Lima in fifth place over-all.
