Traffic Services Class Learns "High Risk" Traffic Stops
(Press Release 4-2-04) Hank Mooney, Office of Public Information As part of the C.O.P. core classes at Eastern Oklahoma State College, students in the Traffic Services class recently learned how to conduct "unknown risk" and "high risk" traffic stops from guest instructor and Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Steve Mooreland from Latimer County.
