EOSC Soil Judging
Team 3-peat National Champions
(Press Release 5-10-04) Hank Mooney, Office of Public Information For the third straight year the Eastern Oklahoma State College Soil Judging team captured the top spot in the National Association of Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture Judging Conference (NACTA) in Kewanee, Ill. Eastern Soil Judging teams have a tradition in recent years of competing very well on the national stage and have brought several championships home to the Wilburton college. In addition to taking first place team honors, the top three individual honors were acquired by Eastern soils judging team for the third year in a row. Sky Story, freshman from Haworth won first in the nation followed by Crystal Ashalintubbi, freshman from Eagletown in second and Keri Neal, sophomore from Idabel in third.
