Eastern's Fall Concert

Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend Eastern's Fall Concert, to be staged by the Concert Choir, Sound Sensations and the Mountaineer Band, in Mitchell Auditorium this Thursday, October 7th at 7:30 p.m. It's free, so bring the entire family and all your neighbors too.

The Concert choir is performing a variety of Broadway songs, with Sound Sensations which will perform an Eastern made medley containing current popular hits by Pink, Carlos Santana, and traveling back to the 70's with The Supremes, while Eastern's Band will perform 7-8 pieces with a variety of styles and sounds.

One of our choral selections, which will be readily recognized by all who attend, will be conducted and accompanied by two of our outstanding students, while we also have one of our sophomore instrumental music majors conducting one of the band pieces.

There will be several surprises and treats during this hour-long annual event, so come and enjoy this evening of entertainment by our talented students. We look forward to seeing you Thursday evening.
