One hundred and sixity sixth graders from Pansy Kidd Middle School in Poteau attended a performance of Grease on the Wilburton campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College yesterday (Thursday). They are participating in a gear up program called "The College Experience." After the performance they got to meet Eastern students and ask questions about college life and putting on a play. "It was nice of Eastern to host this event for the students," said Kathy Fesperman, Counselor for the Gear Up Program. "It is a highlight of our school year."
