Dr. Del and Ramona Allen, center, presented a check recently to Eastern Oklahoma State College President Dr. Richard Bernard and the Eastern Development Foundation to endow a scholarship to be presented to an active Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) college sophomore. The annual scholarship will go to an Eastern student from Southeastern Oklahoma who maintains a minimum 2.50 Grade Point Average and is an active leader in the campus BCM and is also active in his or her home Southern Baptist Church.
