Edmond Memorial Lady Bulldogs Win 14th Annual Tournament Of Champions

Cressi Bryant, Senior from Edmond Memorial High School, is presented the Most Valuable Player award by Eastern Oklahoma State College President and Edmond alum Dr. Richard Bernard following the Lady Bulldogs 51-46 victory over the Coweta Lady Tigers in the championship basketball game Saturday night in McAlester. The Edmond team came out on top from a field of eight teams in the annual tournament sponsored by the Wilburton college. Women's teams invited to the tournament included Chouteau, Edmond, Stillwater, Glenpool, Coweta, Savanna, Liberty and Morris.
