Phi Beta Lambda Installs Members,
Officers Submitted photo & caption The 2006-2007 officer and member installation for the Lambda Lambda chapter of Phi Beta Lambda was held recently in the ballroom at Eastern Oklahoma State College, Wilburton. With a membership of more than 250,000 and nearly 15,000 chapters in the United States and abroad, Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. is a growing national student organization. The organization prepares students for careers not only in business, but in any career where communication and interaction are keys to the work environment. The officer installation ceremony was conducted by Eastern’s Director of Enrollment Management and former Eastern PBL member Leah Miller. Officers of the Lambda Lambda chapter for the 2006-2007 academic year are: President Mandy Atkinson, Wilburton; Vice President Cody Judd, Cushing; Secretary Tina Empson, Talihina; Treasure Manuel Franklin, Eufaula; Reporter Carla Perovich, Wilburton; Parliamentarian Ognjen Vlaskalin, Zrenjanin, Serbia; Historian Sheena Gaines, Canton and Student Senate Representative Joshua Barnes, Indianola. Following the officer installation, President Mandy Atkinson led the general member installation.
