Middle School Students Compete During Annual Regional Math Counts Contest

Nearly 30 middle school students from seven area schools competed recently during the annual Southeast Regional Mathcounts competition held on the Wilburton campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College.

Students capturing top 10 individual honors included from back left: Megan Boyd in 10th place from Stigler Middle School followed by Justine Alexander, 9th place, Kiowa Middle School; Tosha Fletcher, 8th place, Stilwell Middle School; Madison Gray, 7th place, Madill Middle School and Julia Luisi in 6th place from Stilwell Middle School.
