Andrew Winter, a sophomore from Wilburton, was presented the Eastern Oklahoma State College Phi Beta Lambda Member of the Month certificate for January by PBL co-sponsor Linda Morgan. Winter was nominated for his active role in the local chapter. He serves the local PBL chapter as Treasurer.  

Winter is a pre–med major. He works for KNAP. He is also involved in Chi Alpha.  

PBL club members select the Member of the Month. Each month throughout the semester, members nominate other members that they think show outstanding achievements in PBL, their community, or at Eastern Oklahoma State College.
