
Former
Student Admitted To Texas Bar Rice, a 1990 graduate of Wilburton High School and 1992 graduate of Eastern Oklahoma State College, earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in May of this year. While at the Law Center, Bryon served as the Editor in Chief of the Houston Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Scribes, an honorary society of legal scholars. He is currently serving a two-year term as Law Clerk to the Honorable David Hittner, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. After his judicial assignment, Bryon will commence a commercial litigation practice in Houston. Rice also holds an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Prior to studying law, Bryon spent ten years in sales and marketing positions with various divisions of pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturer Eli Lilly and Company.
