Eastern President Dr. Steve Smith recently met with Eastern Oklahoma State College Presidential Scholars. These students received Eastern's top academic scholarship, the Presidential Leadership Award, which is renewable for four semesters as long as the student is enrolled full time, maintains a 3.0 grade point average and completes community service hours.
