Eastern Hosts 29th Annual Scholastic Contest On Wilburton Campus

Eastern Oklahoma State College hosted the 29th Annual Scholastic Contest (April 1) during all-day academic competition on the Wilburton campus.
There were 61 participating schools and more than 1,500 entries in 31 tests, 21 schools in Division I, 18 schools in Division II and 24 schools in Division III.

Eastern offers scholarships to all seniors placing first in any of the 31 tests. Students placing first will also be eligible to compete in the OAAC Tournament of Champions which will be held on April 19, 2008 at Redlands Community College.
