Wellness Week Activities
- Enjoy a healthy breakfast in Johnston Hall from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Visit the information displays in the Cafeteria between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to learn more about healthy habits and nutrition.
- Get some exercise with a jump rope activity and demonstration of basic yoga stretching in the Cafeteria between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Participate in the Wellness Week Step Challenge
>- Go for a swim! The EOSC Pool will be open from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
