BIOGRAPHY: Lorenzo D. Turman served in the Confederate Army and waswounded in the Battle of Shiloe. While hiding behind a rock he was hitin the neck by a spent Rifle bullet. He was a farmer and spent hisentire life in Marion and Lamar County, Alabama.

MARRIAGE: Lorenzo D. Turman married approximately 1965 to hisbrother's widow, Sarah Evans Turman, born 1845..the daughter of Jamesand Lucinda Evans.
Lorenzo died the 26 April 1885 in Alabama. (His brother was killed inthe Civil War).
