Eastern provides email accounts for all enrolled students. It is important that you check your email regularly for information regarding emergency closings, important deadlines, and other campus announcements.

Blackboard is Eastern's learning management system. All classes (face-to-face, hybrid and online) will have a presence on Blackboard.

Navigate is an app and online platform designed to help students succeed at Eastern. Visit

the Navigate information webpage to learn about what you can do with the app. EOSC employees cannot access the Navigate student app and must use eosc.campus.eab.com to log in.

Students use Self Service for academic advising, planning and enrolling in classes, viewing financial information, paying tuition, and checking grades.

Focus 2 Career is a self-guided tool designed for career and educational planning. It helps you evaluate your personal strengths and interests, and discover career paths and academic programs that align best with your unique profile.
Students will use their 365 login information to access Focus2.

My EOSC and E-Key Tutorial

Use this brief Interactive Tutorial to learn how to find your E-Key, activate it for the first time, and log in to your email, Blackboard, Navigate and Self Service.

What is my E-Key?

Eastern has implemented a Single Sign-On service in an effort to decrease the number of passwords required to access applications across the college. Follow the steps below to find your E-Key username and password credentials:

  1. Visit the Find My E-Key website
  2. Type in your last name and Student ID Number, then click Submit.
  3. The next screen displays your EOSC email address, which is the same as your E-Key.
  4. Your default password is your birthdate plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the format MMDDYYYY####

All E-Key accounts are built with a default password and should be changed as soon as possible to protect your account.

If you forgot your password, use Google's "Forgot password?" link and try to reset it. If you continue to experience issues, contact Computer Services at 918-465-1748 or 918-465-1710 to have your password reset.

Activate your E-Key

Users must activate your E-Key through Google before the Single Sign-On service will work for other applications.

  1. Visit google.com
  2. Click on “Sign In” located at the top right corner of the screen
  3. Enter your EOSC Email (the same as your E-Key username)
  4. Select “Work or school account”
  5. Enter your E-Key password (default password is your birthdate plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the format MMDDYYYY#### )
  6. Check the box to “Stay Signed In,” then click “Yes.” Do this to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in.

Once the account is activated, you will be directed to the Google homepage. At this point, you will have access to the Google Apps located in the top right corner of the screen.

Microsoft 365

Eastern students get free access to Office 365 as long as you're a student. Office 365 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams. Use your EOSC email address to get started.

Having trouble logging in?

You cannot use a personal Google GMail address to log in to these applications. If you are attempting to sign in with a personal Google account, your authentication attempt will fail with a "403 org_internal" error. You must use your EOSC Email address and E-Key credentials. Please check that you are signed in to your Google profile using your EOSC account information and not your personal profile information. If you receive a different error or continue to experience issues, contact Computer Services at 918-465-1748 or 918-465-1710.
