Welcome to the Office of Human Resources. We are happy to assist current faculty and staff, as well as those seeking employment, with information and guidance. We are dedicated to assisting Eastern’s academic and administrative departments by providing services in the area of onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, confidential record keeping, equal opportunity employment, effective employee relations, worker’s compensation, and leadership development and training, and much more. The Office of Human Resources strives to ensure compliance with federal and state employment and benefit laws as well as offering equal employment opportunity and providing a discrimination free environment.
