  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle several tasks at the same time;

Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard office procedures including typing, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, processing mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Work closely with the Business Office and Financial Aid to ensure timely payments of rent;
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Student Affairs to promote a positive student experience;
  • Enter all housing assignments and maintain lease agreements to ensure accurate and up-to-date housing rosters;
  • Establish and maintain student files and records related to the Student Services Office;
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, and recurring reports for signature;
  • Supervise, train, and schedule student workers;
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and issues;
  • Assist with special projects as needed;
  • Support the Vice President of Student Affairs and help to achieve his/her goals.
  • Help promote a positive campus life experience, especially for residential students. Including planning and leading student activities; often outside of normal business hours.
  • Maintains an up-to-date calendar of student activities and events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary:  Salary will be commensurate with education and experience; Estimated range $11.50 - $13.00 ($23,920 - $27,040)
