Eastern Oklahoma State College is a comprehensive community college providing instruction in a wide range of curricula. 

Qualifications:

 High School diploma or an approved equivalent required, associate degree preferred. Applicant must have excellent organizational, clerical, and communication skills. Must be able to work independently and be self-directed

Responsibilities:

The position involves a wide variety of duties and responsibilities associated with the coordination of scholarship, student employment, and other financial aid activities.

  • Maintain / update / adjust all scholarship records and information;
  • Work with Business Office to apply scholarship offers to accounts
  • Balance scholarships each semester and student employment each month
  • Advise and assist students and parents with scholarship and financial aid issues;
  • Answer questions related to student financial aid applications, including grants, loans, scholarships, and student employment
  • Communicate with students in person, via email, or via telephone
  • Scholarship coordination with the Foundation Office;
  • Assist with the processing of eligible Federal (FWS) and Institutional Work Study (RCE) applicants; coordinate with HR Office for student payroll review
  • Import / Export student data  in Colleague system on a daily basis;
  • Assist with mail outs, file maintenance, and other financial aid projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary:  Salary will be compensated with education and experience. Expected range is $10.50 to $11.40 per hour with benefits.
