Residual ACT Pre-Registration Form

The Residual ACT test is an acceptable alternative to the National ACT for students who plan to attend Eastern. The scores from these tests are acceptable for admission only at Eastern.

Students must apply for admission to Eastern and obtain their Student ID number before taking their test. Upon completion of the online Admission Application, students will immediately receive their Student ID number.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Residual ACT that you have already registered for, please notify the Testing Coordinator by email or by phone at 918.465.1810.
