Eastern Oklahoma State College’s Music Department will present its Spring Choir Concert on Tuesday, April 21, and Spring Band Concert on Thursday, April 23. Both concerts will begin at 7 p.m. in Mitchell Hall Auditorium in Wilburton.

The Spring Choir Concert will feature performances by the College Choir, accompanied by Gerri Burris, while the Spring Band Concert will showcase the Eastern Concert Band. Both ensembles are under the direction of Eastern Instructor of Music Amy Swain.

Selections for the Spring Choir Concert will include “Gloria in Excelsis Deo,” “Music Inspires All,” and “Keep Singing,” while the Spring Band Concert will feature selections such as “Fanfare for a New Era,” “Forgotten Tales of the West,” and “Pony Express.”

Admission to both concerts is free and open to the public. Donations made during the events will benefit the Eastern Music Department.
