Eastern uses RAVE Alerts to send emergency notifications via text and email messages. The RAVE Alert system allows students and employees to quickly receive emergency communications and important information. RAVE Alerts may be about emergency incidents on campus or inclement weather, but will not be used for general campus events or activities.

All students and employees who have provided the college with a cell phone number will be automatically enrolled in the RAVE Alert system to receive text messages.
