The Summit is a one-day leadership conference for high school sophomores and juniors hosted by Eastern Oklahoma State College. The Summit is designed to inspire and encourage future leaders with a jam-packed day of workshops and networking opportunities. Students will learn new skills and explore strategies to realize their leadership potential and make an impact in their communities.

Being able to communicate effectively is a key skill that nearly all college students and professionals need to succeed. You’ll learn the top communication skills that every high school student should have before beginning college or a career.

Make Your Mark
Teens who volunteer tend to do better in school and are less likely to engage in risky behaviors. Why give back? You can develop new skills, become a more responsible citizen, and learn compassion for others. How will you make your mark on your community?

Get College Ready
Make sure your last few years of high school sets you up for success in college. Learn about concurrent enrollment, the admissions timeline, and strategies to pay for college. A panel of current EOSC students will share their experiences and answer your questions.
3:00 p.m. – Closing Session, Prize Drawings, and optional Campus Tours
