The Student Consumer Regulations of the U.S. Department of Education require colleges and universities to provide students access to certain information to which they are entitled as consumers. This webpage provides a single access point to all reports and disclosures mandated by The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA). The HEOA requires disclosure of certain information to prospective and current students, staff and the general public. Additional information or written documentation about specific programs and services is available through the individual offices.
